Employee Benefits Producer - Hybrid - Santa Barbara, CA The Company: A top insurance brokerage dedicated to the business has successively been growing for over fifty years and is searching for an Employee Benefits Producer to join the team! This company has numerous locations throughout California. Utilizing a customer-focused approach, they have become well-known for providing the best customer support. The Position: * Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business * Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service * Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services * Generating and pursuing new client opportunities * Presenting our services and solutions at prospect meetings * Bringing new business prospects to closure * Retaining clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships What we need from you: * 3+ years of insurance sales experience servicing small to large groups * Active CA Producers License * Active California Life and Health License * Attend Carrier and networking events * Client visits are required What 's in it for you: * $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission depending on experience * Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) matching APPLY NOW!
