Responsibilities

:

• Contact pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking insurance.
• Convert leads into long-term clients by offering customized insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and communication.
• Stay organized with the support of an advanced CRM system, setting and tracking goals.
• Collaborate with our service team, who will handle all client service-related tasks.
• Use AI-driven tools and continuous live training to refine your sales strategies and product knowledge.

Qualifications

:

• A valid insurance license is required.
• Strong emotional intelligence, goal-oriented mindset, and high-level work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
