Job Description

: Cleveland Lumber Company is searching for a self-motivated, industry- knowledgeable salesperson focused on customer retention and loyalty as well as cultivating new business.

Responsibilities

include:

• Identifying potential customers across industries
• Quoting lumber, building materials, and specialty products to current and potential customers
• Growing existing customer base through active prospecting
• Working with the inside sales team to provide a comprehensive and positive experience for every customer
• Maintaining personal sales records
• Achieving predetermined sales goals
• Visiting job sites to determine customers' needs and level of satisfaction
• Evaluating account revenue and profitability
• Working with warehouse, yard, and ordering staff to ensure products and materials are available

Qualifications

:

• High School diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Industry sales experience; 3-5 years preferred
• Computer and technology (mobile) proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to effectively represent the company and products to prospective customers
• Comfort working in a team-based environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
