Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Market and promote various insurance policies through networking and community engagement. * Negotiate terms of insurance contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Conduct sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. * Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques. Qualifications * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed recommendations. * Excellent negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style. * Experience in benefits administration is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
