Key Responsibilities: * Execute a proactive outreach and lead generation strategy to drive new business within assigned territories. * Cultivate and maintain high-value referral partnerships with realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, and other centers of influence to generate consistent client leads. * Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote services and capture potential sales opportunities. * Consult with individuals and small business clients to identify needs and present tailored services and solutions. * Drive the sales cycle from initial contact through closing by maintaining timely follow-ups, managing your sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams for quoting and client onboarding. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or community engagement preferred. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Confident in conducting outreach and speaking with professionals or community members. * Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. * Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (training and assistance provided).
