Electronic Merchant Systems is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to manage an office of professional outside Account Executives, Assistant Manager and a staff of telemarketers. Must have a proven track record of success managing an out-side, Business to Business, sales team. The following is expected; * A sense of urgency in their management style * Surpassing sales quota's * Motivate, inspire, coach and train your Account Reps to success * Ability to recruit and hire talented Account Reps * Hold your Account Reps accountable for their sales quota's, activity and continued training * Develop a winning culture for your office * Manage the details which include, reporting, forecasting, sales process, activity, training, coaching and closing * Experience in a cold call environment a must Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package including commission on your total office sales performance, plus weekly and monthly bonuses with unlimited income potential.
