Electronic Merchant Systems is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to manage an office of professional outside Account Executives, Assistant Manager and a staff of telemarketers. Must have a proven track record of success managing an out-side, Business to Business, sales team. The following is expected;

• A sense of urgency in their management style
• Surpassing sales quota's
• Motivate, inspire, coach and train your Account Reps to success
• Ability to recruit and hire talented Account Reps
• Hold your Account Reps accountable for their sales quota's, activity and continued training
• Develop a winning culture for your office
• Manage the details which include, reporting, forecasting, sales process, activity, training, coaching and closing
• Experience in a cold call environment a must
