Learn more about us at:[please apply online] What You'll Do: Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their roofing and remodeling needs. Present and sell our services using industry-standard tools like Sumo Quote and Roof reports. Educate customers on the benefits of working with Peak Builders & Roofers. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close deals efficiently. Utilize Leap CRM to manage leads, schedule appointments, and track sales activity. Attend weekly sales meetings for ongoing training and performance updates. Work closely with leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: 1 or more years of sales experience (roofing/construction sales preferred) Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and disciplined. You take ownership of your success Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust quickly Reliable transportation (sales reps cover their own gas and vehicle expenses) Willingness to learn and adapt to our proven sales process Experience with Leap CRM, Sumo Quote, or similar tools is a plus Compensation: Full Time Position Earning Potential of $100,000 to $150,000 annually Qualified Leads Provided.
