As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,419.00 - $106,094.00 per year Work Location: In person Schedule: * Monday - Friday Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Residual Income Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Responsibilities * Obtain the Florida 0215 Life & Health License, for which we will assist you in setting up. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively. * Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. * Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify business development opportunities and strategies. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities. Requirements * Experience in sales is preferred, especially in inside sales or direct sales environments. * Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company. * Experience in account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred. * Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g. invoices, orders) * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
