In this pivotal role, you will generate leads and set appointments for our sales team in the rapidly growing solar industry. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through various lead channels. - Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests. - Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients. - Utilize software tools such as Volt to track interactions and manage leads. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential clients. - Use trained upon communication skills to encourage interest in our products/services. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead generation. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
