What You'll Do: * Build relationships with clients and support them through meaningful life moments * Provide prompt, professional service, answering questions, handling billing and policy updates, and guiding clients through claims * Support onboarding of new clients and ensure they feel informed and cared for * Maintain detailed records and manage follow-up systems with accuracy and heart * Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding, personal client experience What You Bring: * Active Property & Casualty license required * Life & Health license preferred * Minimum 3 year of insurance customer service experience required (5+ years preferred for hybrid or remote candidates) * Outstanding communication skills, empathetic, clear, and confident * A solutions mindset, you look for ways to make things easier and better * Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow with a team that values quality and trust Work Location & Flexibility: Our office is based in the greater Park City area, about 40 minutes from Salt Lake.
