Our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions help people move better, feel better, and live better. From marathoners to moms, desk jockeys to retirees, we're transforming the way people think about flexibility, mobility, and recovery. And now, we're looking for a driven, upbeat Sales Associate to join our front-of-house team and help grow our stretching community. What You'll Do

As the first point of contact in the studio, you set the tone. You'll be the voice on the phone, the warm welcome at the door, and the guide who turns curiosity into commitment. Sales & Member Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to nurture leads, re-engage former clients, and book Intro Stretch sessions
• Lead prospective members through engaging tours and stretch experiences with energy and confidence
• Sell memberships and packages by highlighting the value of assisted stretching for long-term wellness
• Handle objections with empathy and solutions--never pressure, always support
• Upsell retail products and upgraded services that align with client goals Client Experience & Studio Flow
• Create a friendly, high-vibe environment for every member and guest
• Keep the studio running smoothly--answer phones, book appointments, check in clients, and support team needs
• Stay on top of daily tasks like cleaning, restocking, or resolving minor hiccups (think: printer paper runs out, you've got it covered)
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and studio lobby
• Use systems like ClubReady or other CRMs to track leads and stay on top of follow-ups Marketing & Community Engagement
• Contribute to social media, in-studio promotions, and local events that generate buzz and traffic
• Be a brand ambassador--represent StretchLab Hoboken's mission inside and outside the studio What We 're Looking For
• Sales or front-desk experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique service industries (studio, spa, salon, etc.)
• Comfortable with outbound calls and a structured sales process
• Organized, self-motivated, and driven to hit performance goals
• Confident communicator with a welcoming and supportive personality
• Naturally curious about wellness and excited to introduce others to stretching
• Available for 20-25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation or local to Hoboken
