Alzerina Jewelry , based in a cozy home studio in Midwood, Brooklyn, is seeking a driven and energetic Sales & Events Coordinator Intern to help us plan unforgettable experiences, boost brand visibility, and support meaningful connections through our jewelry-making journey. Visit our world: [please apply online] What You'll Be Doing: As our Sales & Events Intern, you'll play a key role in curating and executing events that reflect the soul of our brand. From pop-up markets to luxury trunk shows, from cruises to community wellness classes--you'll help craft experiences that shine. Your Magic Touch Includes: * Event Planning: Help plan, organize, and execute pop-ups, trunk shows, jewelry classes, and more across NYC, other states, and even on cruises! * Media Outreach: Pitch stories and events to press and bloggers to get Alzerina Jewelry featured locally and internationally. * Women-Owned Biz Advocate: Research and connect with programs that support small and minority women-owned businesses. * Logistics Wizardry: Coordinate venues, vendors, travel details, event layouts, budgets, and supplies. * Marketing Brilliance: Promote events through creative social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships. * Guest Experience: Help set the mood! Welcome guests, manage registration, and ensure everyone leaves smiling (and sparkling). * Post-Event Highlights: Share highlights on social media and help evaluate event success to make the next one even better. What We're Looking For: * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Creative thinker with a flair for social media and branding. * Outgoing and comfortable engaging with people (you're the friendly face of our events!). * Bonus if you love jewelry, fashion, or community building. * Interest in marketing, PR, hospitality, or event production is a huge plus!
