As an Optician/Optical Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping clients find eyewear that meets their vision needs and complements their unique style. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert guidance in the selection, fitting, dispensing, and repair of eyewear, including frames and lenses. * Sell premium quality eyewear, glasses, and contact lenses to meet patient needs and preferences. * Schedule patient appointments and respond to general inquiries via phone, offering outstanding customer service. * Verify insurance and interpret benefits for patients. * Collaborate closely with the optometrist to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. * Manage inventory of frames, lenses, and optical supplies, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective ordering process. * Implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and maximize profitability. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice optical services, including frame selection, lens recommendations, and eyewear fittings. * Strong sales background, with the ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue. * Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and support. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to patient satisfaction. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
