As an Optician/Optical Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping clients find eyewear that meets their vision needs and complements their unique style.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide expert guidance in the selection, fitting, dispensing, and repair of eyewear, including frames and lenses.
• Sell premium quality eyewear, glasses, and contact lenses to meet patient needs and preferences.
• Schedule patient appointments and respond to general inquiries via phone, offering outstanding customer service.
• Verify insurance and interpret benefits for patients.
• Collaborate closely with the optometrist to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Manage inventory of frames, lenses, and optical supplies, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective ordering process.
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice optical services, including frame selection, lens recommendations, and eyewear fittings.
• Strong sales background, with the ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Application

• Experience : At least 3 years in private optical practice required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
