Responsibilities: * Build relationships with land contract sellers nationwide to bid on the purchase of seller financed loans * Accurately price and provide quotes to note holders to purchase notes * Consistent follow up practices for signing up and closing seller-financed notes Qualifications: * Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills * Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently * Experience with loan sales or purchasing loans is a plus Employee benefits * Medical - Multiple plans to choose from including HSA and traditional.
