As an HVAC In-Store Sales Lead Generator, you will work inside Home Depot locations, engaging with customers and generating high-quality leads for our HVAC services. Your success will come from strong communication, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet sales targets. We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent spiffs for leads scheduled and sold! Pay Range: $16.66/hr + Spiffs Skills Required for Success: * 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or lead generation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Results-driven with a passion for engaging with customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase customer interaction * Willingness/ability to work day shifts, weekends, and some holidays with a commitment of 29 hours a week.
