Qualifications : * Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams. * 4+ years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair * Type 2 / EPA Universal Certified, NATE Certification, Basic Tools, Refrigerant Gauges, Multi Meters * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Must be able to pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities: * Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. * Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems * Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment * Provides startups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems. * Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. * Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck, * Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. * Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
