Job Overview Healthcare organization in Brooklyn seeks a bid writer with professional writing skills and healthcare background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our organization's capabilities and solutions to potential clients. This role requires a blend of clinical, technical writing skills, and attention to detail, ensuring that all proposals are not only compelling but also aligned with the specific needs of our clients. Responsibilities * Research and understand healthcare RFPs, RFIs, and other bid documents. * Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information and insights. * Ensure all proposals meet company standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements. * Write clear, persuasive, and comprehensive bid proposals that articulate our strengths and value proposition. * Manage multiple bid submissions, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines without compromising quality. Skills * 2-5 years of relevant experience * Full computer proficiency and the ability to deliver excellence in following through complex bid procedures and requirements. * RN or LPN license appropriate * Strong proofreading skills to identify errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting. * Proficient in word processing software for document creation and editing. * Experience in technical writing with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. * Excellent research abilities to gather relevant information efficiently. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. * Proficient in editing documents for clarity, consistency, and overall quality. If you have strong understanding of clinical terminology and healthcare practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex clinical information into accessible and persuasive proposals. Full computer proficiency and the ability to deliver excellence in following through complex bid procedures and requirements.
