Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic estate sale team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their needs to provide personalized assistance.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Happily talk to our customers about the sale going on and help them carry items to the hold table.
• Engage with customers who are walking around asking if they need help or have questions.
• Keep the estate sale organized as shoppers are coming through so it is always looking great for the next shopper.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to sales and product knowledge.
• This could also turn into helping set up for the estate sales as well as other opportunities.
