Commercial Re-Roofing Salesperson Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Re-Roofing Salesperson to join our team. This role will offer base pay plus commission and the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through sales of our commercial roofing solutions, focusing on re-roofing projects. This role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored roofing solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial re-roofing sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects. * Conduct thorough assessments of client's existing roofing systems to propose effective re-roofing solutions. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Stay updated on industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor offerings. * Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion. Qualifications * Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, with a focus on re-roofing projects. * Experience with coatings, TPO, EPDM, and other commercial roofing systems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
