• Licenses: Current Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory. Life & Disability producer license preferred or willingness to obtain immediately.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of strong insurance sales and service experience (Farmers Insurance experience is a plus).
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
