Job description Counter Sales WE ARE GROWING! Webb Supply is a well-recognized name in the HVAC Equipment and Supply industry with 6 locations in Cleveland, Elyria, Akron, Ashtabula and Youngstown. Webb Supply is owned by Heritage Distribution Holdings, a U.S. platform for global HVAC Wholesaler Beijer Ref. For over 50 years Webb Supply has grown to become one of the leading local providers of heating, air conditioning and plumbing products, selling to HVAC contractors as well as other unique accounts across Northeast Ohio. The Opportunity: We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Euclid, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include: * Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations. * Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines. * Manage inventory through current systems and processes * Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts. * Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offers Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience: * Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry. * Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels * Technical field experience is a plus but not required * Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite * Excellent communications skills * Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely * Strong desire to meet goals and objectives * Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive * Ability to solve problems effectively * Creative approach to problem solving Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
