NYC Real Estate Advisor (Residential Sales) CityRealty, known for its innovative website, has been at the forefront of NYC real estate for more than two decades, blending cutting-edge technology with in-depth market insights. We are seeking candidates for the role of Client Advisor: a NYC real estate aficionado who combines a passion for real estate with an insider's understanding of New York's dynamic market, with a particular focus on new condo developments. As a Client Advisor, you play a crucial role in our success by converting buyer and seller leads into successful transactions. Your goal is to create an impactful client journey that culminates in a successful transaction with one of our third-party agent partners. This position is ideal for someone who has been a real estate agent (or broker's assistant) in NYC for at least two years, with experience in the Manhattan sales market. The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000, with total annual compensation (including incentive bonus compensation) ranging from $70,000 to $175,000+.
