What You 'll Do: Marketing Strategy & Sales Enablement * Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our sales teams and enhance customer engagement. * Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to generate leads, increase conversions, and strengthen customer loyalty. Digital Marketing & Content Creation * Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms. * Develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials, to capture our audience's attention. * Leverage SEO, email marketing, and analytics to refine messaging and maximize impact. Event Marketing & Brand Promotion * Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, product launches, and training events to enhance our market presence. * Develop creative strategies to boost event attendance, engagement, and brand visibility. Supplier Collaboration & Market Positioning * Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to create impactful co-branded marketing campaigns. * Optimize the use of co-op funds to enhance promotional opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. What You Bring: * A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. * 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally across a variety of channels. * Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. * A creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding new solutions. * Project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. * Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail. * The ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and stay cool in a fast-paced environment. * Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. * Bonus if you have graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) or HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience.
