Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Contractor Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and providing expert guidance to contractors in the decorative concrete industry. You will be the go-to person for contractors and businesses seeking top-tier supplies, technical advice, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractor clients, including new business development and expanding existing accounts. * Product Knowledge & Consultation: Provide in-depth product knowledge and consult with contractors on selecting the best decorative concrete products for their projects, ensuring satisfaction and project success. * Customer Service Excellence : Respond to inquiries, follow up on quotes, provide expert advice, and assist with any post-sale questions or issues. * Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Accurately track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. * Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demos and training for contractors to enhance their understanding of products and proper application techniques. * Collaboration with Team : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and inventory management. * Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the construction, building materials, or decorative concrete industry. * Strong knowledge of decorative concrete products and applications is highly preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude. * Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to spend time both in-office and on job sites as required.
