State Farm Account Managers Bobby Branch State Farm is looking to train the next high quality team member for our expanding team. An Account Manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, life, and health insurance needs. Our Account Managers will be trained to provide quality education and customer service to current and potential customers. Account Managers are trained to sell and service Auto, Home, and Life products. We are seeking individuals committed to team work, providing remarkable customer service, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and a daily commitment to success! Account Managers may be promoted to Agency owners after 18 months, if completing the State Farm Agent Aspirant Management Program. Requirements - Sales - Networking - Business to business prospecting - Telemarketing (outbound phone calls) - Lead Management - Customer Service - Meeting sales minimums and expectations - Social Media Management - Administrative Work - Billing, collections, and account receivables - Customer relationship management and retention - Recruiting sales talent - Learning the necessary skillset to become a State Farm Independent Contract Business Owner - Presentations and group projects State Insurance License Requirement Account associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam as well as, a Life and Health Exam. An account associate will not be paid to study for the exam, however they will be paid to train once licensing has been completed. Studying for the exam will occur online. Training We will train the right inidivdual after completion of the licensing phase. Account associates will complete paid training. Base Compensation * $25,000 Base Salary - $30,000 Base Salary * commission structure and bonuses * First year Account Associates earn between $45,000 and $65,000 with commissions and bonus Benefits: * Advancement from within my office to potentially become a State Farm Agent * Health Insurance * Paid time off Commission Structure * Commissions are paid on a per product basis * Commissions vary based on product type * Commissions are paid every 2 weeks Bonus * Quarterly Bonus $200- $1,000 * Year End Travel Bonus $1,000 * Monthly Bonuses $200-500 * Chairmen Circle Bonus up to $3,000 Hours * 9am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday * 9am-7pm Wed.
