BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Romano Law PLLC is a dynamic law firm headquartered in the heart of New York City. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Business Development Manager at Romano Law PLLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of Client Service Coordinators and conduct calls and onboarding procedures with prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication between our legal team and prospective clients. We are seeking a proactive manager who is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for client service. YOU HAVE: * At least 3 years of managing client service or sales teams, ideally in a high-volume, service-based industry. * At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles--bonus points for legal, healthcare, or consulting. * A proven track record of hitting revenue/sales goals and improving conversion metrics. * Experience training and mentoring team members to meet KPIs and grow in their roles. * Comfort using CRMs and tools to track, manage, and analyze performance (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.). * Strong instincts--you know how to guide without pressure. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD: * Manage and develop a team of Client Service Coordinators, training and ensuring the team reaches revenue goals. * Serve as the frontline liaison, speaking with inbound leads, taking detailed notes and ensuring they are paired with the appropriate attorney. * Manage, maintain and track prospective inbound leads to ensure a seamless journey through the pipeline. * Meaningfully engage with clients, lawyers and prospects. * Use a date-driven approach to track and analyze key metrics to gauge the success of the department. * Proactively follow up with prospective clients and assist in guiding them through the onboarding process. * Leverage creative problem-solving to think outside the box to ensure client satisfaction. * Report to the Client Team Director, providing regular updates and insights.
