Position Summary

We're seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial Market Manager to drive Breuckelen Distilling's growth across the Metro NYC area. This full-time role requires a mix of field activation, distributor engagement, and strategic account management--primarily focused on high-potential on- and off-premise accounts. You will be the face of Breuckelen in-market, building relationships, executing activations, and driving sales through authentic storytelling and sharp business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, depletion, and brand health KPIs through new placements, in-account velocity, and strategic activations
• Manage relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Conduct consumer tastings, staff trainings, happy hours, and cocktail program placements
• Host and represent Breuckelen at trade shows, brand events, and promotional functions
• Maintain a consistent call schedule, aiming to visit 40+ accounts weekly
• Provide distributor training and support to maximize performance and priority execution
• Capture in-market activity and performance through CRM reporting
• Contribute branded content for social media and marketing initiatives
• Stay within budget and follow all compliance guidelines and policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of spirits industry experience with a track record of account and volume growth
• Deep knowledge of the NYC spirits market and existing industry relationships preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Tech-savvy with CRM, Microsoft Office, and mobile tools What We Offer
