Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth? As an Inside Sales Representative at MiFiber, one of six brands at Core Fiber Partners, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. Based in our office in Newport, Washington , you will work closely with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The role includes:

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online networking.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product and service offerings.
• Conducting virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Core Fiber's offerings and close sales deals.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Continuously expanding product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the sales management team.
• Utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related sales role within any subscriber-based recurring revenue industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and pipeline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with a primarily office-based role and willingness to engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
