Sales Representative Sales Representative -Commercial Roofing- -Base + Commission- -Training/Mentorship- -Established leads- * Position Overview* We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our roofing solutions, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to our customers. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the roofing sector. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. * Present and demonstrate our roofing solutions, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO, to potential clients. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer requirements are met post-sale. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. * Knowledge of roofing materials and systems, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus. * For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
