Responsibilities * Emulate great style and offer style inspiration on a consistent basis * Talk about current fashions trends as applicable to our customers * Create genuine connections with every customer and employee * Make every customer interaction memorable and unique to their individual needs * Build brand and store loyalty through providing exceptional customer experience * Partner with supervisor and peers to maintain best practices and build effective relationships with store team * Clearly and positively communicate with supervisor and seek feedback to improve personal performance * Learn and know the product line to effectively teach and guide customers in their selections * Contribute to overall store and individual sales goals * Perform daily sales floor upkeep and operational expectations * Contribute to maintaining a clean and visually appealing store * Understand and master all general register functionalities Requirements * High school diploma or prior retail or restaurant experience required * Ability to work nights and weekends; 15 hours a week time commitment required * Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Freebird brand * Approach all job duties with a positive and uplifting attitude, taking on any task big or small * Flourish in a competitive team environment * Ability to multitask and switch gears Compensation: hourly base + commission For more information or to apply directly please visit our Careers Page: [please apply online] Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount Work Location: In person
