Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls on unsold leads to support Install team and achieve sales goals. * Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services. * Communicate professionally through email, phone, and text with customers and team. * Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information. * Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and develop your skills. * Provide customers with a positive experience through every interaction. Requirements: * Proven sales experience, particularly in remote or phone-based sales. * Excellent organizational and administrative skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing abilities. * Self-motivated, accountable, high integrity, and a can-do attitude.
