Full description of the position

• Conduct warm outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our life insurance products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries from interested individuals and provide helpful, accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and outstanding customer service.
• Understand each customer's needs and match them with the right insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, always keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
• Use sales software to track activities, manage leads, and report progress.
• Stay up to date on life insurance products and industry trends to confidently present benefits to clients. Experience:
• Previous experience in life insurance is a plus -- if you're new to the industry, we provide full training and support to help you get licensed and succeed.
• A strong background in sales or customer service is preferred.
