Description: ParFit Indoor Golf is on the hunt for an energetic and driven Golf Sales Lead to take charge of growing our membership base and driving event sales. If you're passionate about golf, love meeting people, and know how to close a deal, this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you'll be responsible for selling our indoor golf memberships, hitting monthly sales targets, and generating traffic through events, outreach, and partnerships. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission on all membership and event sales , making this a performance- driven position with great earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Actively sell and promote ParFit Indoor Golf memberships to new and existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs set by management
• Drive foot traffic through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Attend, participate in, and potentially organize golf-related events and tournaments to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Sell and promote ParFit-hosted events and private bookings
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Passion for golf and understanding of the sport and its community
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and attending events as needed What We Offer:
