Viking Air is looking for its next superstar! We are a Pinellas County based air conditioning company seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor. We are a top-rated company and are looking for a professional and polished sales person to present and offer various air-conditioning equipment including, but not limited to, indoor and outdoor a/c units, heat pumps, gas furnaces, minisplits/ductless a/c, ductwork, indoor air quality products, dehumidifiers, etc. This position will be solely commission based. Viking Air also offers great benefits after the probation period including PTO, 100% percent match for first 4% of compensation, insurance options (medical, dental, vision & life), company training, team events, company vehicle, fuel card, and phone. The majority of work is based in Pinellas County. We are looking for someone who wants a career and is willing to grow with the company. Local candidates preferred. Position includes the following work:

• Meeting with customers and explaining their options
• Understanding AHRI combinations for indoor and outdoor equipment
• Evaluating each job to apprise install crew of size restrictions, existing conditions, and necessary job materials and accessories
• Familiarity with a/c equipment to offer suitable solutions including brands, efficiencies, and features.
• Understanding of local codes and compliances. The ideal candidate will have:
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• MUST have a valid / clean Florida Driver's license.
• MUST be able to pass a background check.
• MUST be able to pass a drug test. We provide the following benefits:
