Lorenc Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a full-time associate to fill a hybrid role that will consist of 3 primary office functions: Sales and Social Media /Dr. Assistant & Office Reception. Position hours: Monday-Friday, from 9 AM-5 PM. This employee would be expected to execute the following tasks daily: * Answer and triage multiple phone lines * Schedule patient appointments * Circulate medical records and ensure proper filing * Circulate intake forms and ensure proper filing * Assist with administrative tasks as they arise with in the office and directly delegated by Dr. * Ensure organization and tidiness of waiting room and your immediate work area * Ensure all office supplies and reception, bathroom supplies are in stock and available * Issue to management supply list monthly or upon request * Collect media footage for social media posts * Work with Media company to ensure volume of Social media exposure, must have ability to use canva, create an add & post on Instagram upon request * Develop sales pitches an special incentives that can be circulated to the patients upon visit. * Sales sales sales on add on products and services provided at the practice Atmosphere: This is a private plastic surgeon's office catering to a high profile client base. It will be expected that the candidate have excellent customer service skills, works well under pressure, and handles themselves with proper language etiquette , poise and professionalism.
