Compensation: $250,000 Responsibilities: * Follow-up with leads to increase sales * Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process * Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Qualifications: * A valid Real Estate License is required for this job * Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies * Show good organizational and time management skills * Self-motivation and drive * A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred About Company * LUXURYSOCALREALTY | COMPASS La Jolla* is synonymous with the coastal San Diego luxury real estate market.
