Job Title: Wholesale Diamond Sales Associate JobSummary: We are seeking a Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Diamond Sales Associate to join our wholesale sales team for loose polished Diamonds. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients, guide them through the diamond selection process and help them find the perfect demand they are looking to buy at a competitive pricing. Key Responsibilities : * Meet and greet customers warmly and provide advice on the basis of their needs and preferences. * Grade diamonds on the basis of Diamond Quality (4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat). * Maintain up to date Knowledge of product inventory, pricing, promotions and store policies. * Assist with customized orders. * Secure and persuade buyers. * Ensure the security and proper handling of high value merchandise. * Set goals with management team and meet them. * Build long term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referals * Perform reference Checks. * Proceed sales transactions accurately and handle any post sale service. * Study and research about diamond markets across United States of America. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education in Gemology and diamond grading. 1-2 years of experience in Jewelry or Luxury Retail sales preferred. Strong knowledge of diamonds and fine jewelry. Excelent communication skills and interpersonal skills Wide Knowledge of diamond sales in various States of USA. Ability to work flexible hours.
