Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales Representative) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving business growth by setting appointments with leads through outbound calls, supporting Franchise Owners in expanding their reach, and contributing to their ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to both cold and warm prospects to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments on behalf of Franchise Owners. * Meet a daily target of 110+ outbound calls. * Follow established scripts to secure appointments and ensure a consistent outreach process. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs in the CRM, reporting daily and monthly activity. * Collaborate with Franchise Owners, team members, and managers to optimize outreach strategies and enhance results. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outbound calling and inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to qualify leads and set appointments. * Professional phone presence, with a confident and enthusiastic communication style. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities. * Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. * Reliable home office setup, including a quiet space and a strong internet connection (VoIP). * Personal cell phone with an unlimited plan for backup purposes. Work Schedule and Location: * Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * Preferred candidate locations: Tampa, FL or Cleveland, OH, but fully remote candidates are also encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits: * Base Salary: $38,000, with an additional bonus structure. * Comprehensive benefits package.
