Responsibilities

:

• Complete our comprehensive training program to gain in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.
• Identify and develop prospective clients through various lead generation methods (provided leads, networking, referrals).
• Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
• Present and explain suitable life insurance policy options.
• Guide clients through the application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
• Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe - we can assist with this!).
