We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team at ESS, a leading staffing agency. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in generating leads, building rapport, and coordinating meetings that drive our sales process forward. Your efforts will directly impact our business growth by ensuring our sales representatives have qualified and well-prepared appointments. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. * Engage with prospects to introduce our offerings, assess their needs, and gauge interest. * Coordinate schedules and set confirmed appointments between sales representatives and prospective clients. * Confirm appointments, handle rescheduling requests, and manage any changes promptly. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments using CRM software. * Track daily activities and results, and provide regular reports to the sales team and management. * Deliver professional, courteous, and engaging service in every interaction with potential clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. * Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace). * Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection professionally.
