Sale Development Rep | Solar Batteries We are looking for motivated *SDR 's *to connect homeowners with an exciting battery rebate program. What You 'll Do: * Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of battery storage. * Show homeowners the rebates they can receive by adding a battery. * Schedule appointments for our expert battery consultants. * Manage and follow up with assigned leads to maximize conversions. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track customer interactions and progress. What We 're Looking For: * Some sales experience (phone sales, appointment setting, door to door, internal sales, or equivalent). * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus. * Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase (or similar) is a bonus. * A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle objections effectively.
