We will give you tips and suggestions for the most success, but you are in control of your time. * With weekly direct-deposit, you will be paid 100% up-front for your deals; no need to wait until the end of the year. Compensation: * Unlimited and uncapped commission structure, with average earners making $60-80k per summer, and top earners making $150k+! * Monthly cash incentives and bonuses. * A group of "warm leads " to utilize. What You 'll Do: * Find businesses and homeowners alike to introduce our industry-leading pest and lawn care products. * Use your people skills to build rapport, develop trust, and put our customers first. * Leverage your negotiation skills to close deals with prospective customers. * Take part in continuous training and discussions to stay at the top of your game, all while focusing on your personal and professional goals. Job Requirements: * Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. * Customer Service/Customer Support experience is an advantage. * Coachable/Team Player. * Ambitious and Career Oriented. * A reliable form of Transportation.
