Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Representative, located in Salt Lake County. The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, going to booked in home turf consults, generating more leads through - home shows, door to door, networking events, providing exceptional customer service, delivering sales presentations and estimates in the homes of potential customers, and closing sales. The role also includes training sales staff, attending sales meetings, and achieving sales targets consistently. This job is 1099 commission based with very high earning potential. Qualifications * Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities * Proven Customer Service experience and abilities * Experience in Sales and Training * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment * Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools * D2D or direct sales experience is a plus * Previous experience in the home services industry is beneficial Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $85,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Profit sharing * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sandy, UT 84070
