Sales Associate Trans West Express, an "A" rated trucking brokerage firm, is looking for a Sales Associate to work on-site in our San Diego office, making initial contact with prospective clients. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience: Skills and experience * High School Diploma * Basic working knowledge of the ACT! Marketing software a plus. * Excellent cold-calling skills. Candidate will call prospective clients to pre-screen them for follow-up by freight broker. Leads will be provided. * Excellent communication skills * Highly motivated. * Good organization skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Strong work ethic * Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. * Ability to work as part of a team. Work Hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Pacific Time Zone) Salary and Benefits This position pays salary plus commission.
