Job Summary: The Key Holder / Sales Lead supports daily store operations and acts as a leader on the sales floor. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, driving sales through excellent customer service, and supporting team performance. As a frontline leader, the Sales Lead sets the tone for customer experience and assists in maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities: * Open and close the store following company procedures and policies * Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience * Drive sales and achieve individual and store goals * Train, coach, and support team members during shifts * Handle cash, refunds, and POS procedures accurately * Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is well-stocked * Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally * Uphold company values and ensure a positive store environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
