Job Summary

: The Key Holder / Sales Lead supports daily store operations and acts as a leader on the sales floor. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, driving sales through excellent customer service, and supporting team performance. As a frontline leader, the Sales Lead sets the tone for customer experience and assists in maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Open and close the store following company procedures and policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store goals
• Train, coach, and support team members during shifts
• Handle cash, refunds, and POS procedures accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is well-stocked
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Uphold company values and ensure a positive store environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
