Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technology sales, business development, and outside sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales process, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities * Focus on hitting sales targets outlined by the Executive team and ownership. * Oversee the sales team with day to day operations with focus on communication. * Build recurring revenue strategies as well as increase customer experience * Support sales team as well as technology, operations and service. * Mentor new team members with customers and technology. * Find new products and manufacturers that can help GENCOMM grow. * Grow sales and increase net profit and build a successful team. * Find new verticals and industry trends to grow company options. * Optimize proposals, quotes and streamline the sales process. Experience * Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position within the Technology or AV sector. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving goals. * Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes with a focus on technical or outside sales. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Proficient in negotiation techniques that drive successful outcomes for both the company and clients. * A background in business development is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to identify new market opportunities.
