Job Description: Inside Sales Representative Join a stable, 144-year-old industrial manufacturer and build a long-term career with us! We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communications with customers * Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers * Conduct proactive prospecting calls to identify new sales opportunities * Utilize CRM software to document and track sales activities and customer interactions * Address and resolve customer questions or issues to ensure satisfaction Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and customer service * College degree preferred, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus * Must be eligible to work in the United States Position Details: * Full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) * Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year * Bonus opportunities available Benefits: * 401(k) with matching contributions * Health insurance * Paid vacation and holidays We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage candidates with a criminal record to apply.
