: Inside Sales Representative Join a stable, 144-year-old industrial manufacturer and build a long-term career with us! The Home Rubber Company, established in 1881 and based in Trenton, NJ, is a leading manufacturer of industrial and mechanical rubber products. We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communications with customers
• Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Conduct proactive prospecting calls to identify new sales opportunities
• Utilize CRM software to document and track sales activities and customer interactions
• Address and resolve customer questions or issues to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

:

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and customer service
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States Position Details:
• Full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
