What we 're seeking: We're seeking a Director of Small/Medium Business Sales who will lead and empower a team of SMB Account Executives to grow Frontier's footprint with small and medium-sized businesses. As a key member of our SMB sales organization, you'll design and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue in the Tampa area. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Tampa, FL office and spend time in the field with your team throughout their assigned territories. What you 'll do: * Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business acquisition * Execute go-to-market sales strategies that align with regional goals and market conditions * Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and performance across your team * Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success to optimize territory performance * Track, measure, and report on key sales metrics while continuously refining strategy What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
